Robotic and Automation Technology

1) Perform technical tasks to aid in electrical engineering research, and in the design, manufacture, assembly, construction, operation, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, facilities and distribution systems. 2) Constructing and fabricating parts, using hand tools and specifications 3) Troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning equipment, appliances, and apparatus 4) Assembling, evaluating, testing, and maintaining electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, and apparatus 5) Reading and interpreting electrical and electronic circuit blueprints, diagrams, and schematics

1) Collaborate with process engineers and electrical engineers to ensure that the instrumentation maintenance activities align with the process requirements and the instrumentation infrastructure 2) Conduct periodic calibrations, performance assessments, and functional tests of instruments and control loops to maintain their optimal performance 3) Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to optimize instrument maintenance schedules, spare parts inventory, and troubleshooting procedures 4) Analyze and resolve complex instrument-related issues, including malfunctions, failures, and reliability concerns

1) Conduct, check and confirm all instrumentation maintenance or repair works according to schedule, procedure and specification 2) Responsible in doing trouble shoot instrumentation device problems and ensure equipment, tools, and measuring are in good working condition 3) Test and calibrate of flow meters, level, conductivity, pH analyser, pressure, gauges, temperature, controllers, sensors, and other controlling instruments 4) Test and adjust meters, indicators and gauge, electric, electronic, mechanical and pneumatic instrument and system.

1) Conduct regular inspections of metal surfaces to identify areas of corrosion 2) Test metal surfaces using a variety of methods to determine the level and extent of corrosion 3) Make recommendations for repair or replacement of corroded surfaces or equipment 4) Assist in the implementation of material and corrosion control strategies and preventative measures 5) Collect and maintain accurate data on mateiral corrosion rates and patterns 6) Participate in training programs to stay current on advancements in corrosion control technology and techniques

1) Responsible for handling the weighing operations for all chemical bulk tankers and vehicles. This includes directing incoming traffic, recording weights, completing documentation, troubleshooting operational issues, and proposing process improvements 2) Handle the weighing operations for all chemical bulk tankers and vehicles according to assigned shift 3) Ensure effective and efficient operation of the weighbridge 4) Direct incoming traffic to the site and record the weight of vehicles arriving and leaving site 5) Complete relevant documentation and maintain a logbook for factory stoppages and staff/driver complaints 6) Maintain weighbridge equipment and report operational problems to the supervisor on duty 7) Troubleshoot and resolve issues arising from daily operations

This role involves supervising staff, managing documentation, troubleshooting operational issues, and maintaining safety standards 2) Oversee and manage the weighing of all incoming and outgoing chemical bulk tankers and vehicles 3) Assign tasks and supervise weighbridge staff during their respective shifts 4) Ensure staff adherence to safety, health, and environmental procedures 5) Manage and document incidents, ensuring accurate and timely updates in the system 6) Monitor the maintenance of weighbridge equipment and escalate concerns to the superior 7) Prepare and submit daily reports on weighbridge operations 8) Maintain a logbook for factory stoppages, staff, and driver complaints.
