Design and maintain data infrastructure, creating and managing data pipelines, and ensuring efficient collection, storage, and processing of data for accessibility and analysis
1. Estimates manufacturing times for quotes, coordinates NPI planning, and review prototype results and sales approaches using simulation tools
2. Examines production data to improve workforce and equipment efficiency, proposes and implements workflow enhancements
3. Designs distribution networks, financial and quality control systems, selects plant locations, drives LEAN, Automation and Six Sigma projects
1. Support design of highly integrated packages using advanced flow for optimal performance, manufacturability and reliability
2. Conduct feasibility studies for various package options and assess designs for manufacturability and reliability
3. Contribute to continuous improvement efforts: package roadmaps, package design rules and systems development
1. Apply engineering expertise to streamline and optimise production processes and align with company goals
2. Resolve process engineering issues, improve production & manufacturing systems, and ensure adherence to workplace safety
3. Lead and mentor teams to achieve optimal performance and professional growth
1. Develop continuous improvement efforts: package roadmaps, package design rules and systems development
2. Engage suppliers, OSATs and other ecosystem partners to meet their requirements with packaging solutions
3. Lead package and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) reviews and design setup
1. Lead the development, upgrades, and integration of standalone and web applications with various systems and data sources
2. Guide junior developers and collaborate with engineers and administrators to support new features and releases
3. Cross-collaborate with other Engineering teams in supporting new features, services and release
1. Design, develop, test, and debug software applications, including low-level core operating system development and validation
2. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to debug software issues, provide technical training, and offer on-site support for project schedules
3. Work with internal firmware and software teams on platform development and support both internal and external platform bring-up
