Energy Management and Audit

1. Promote green energy integration into grid 2. Develop governance policies and procedures for operation of bi-directional electricity flow system, including safety guidelines 3. Collaborate closely with the operational team to identify improvement opportunities to reduce the cost of operation and increase the reliability of the grid 4. Oversee Energy Management System to forecast demand and supply balance 5. Ensure compliance of operational team with relevant regulations and standards

1. Continuously monitor assets to ensure all plants operate at maximum capacity, addressing issues and performing troubleshooting as needed. 2. Ensure all plants meet their annual Performance Ratio and availability targets by tracking and resolving downtime events. 3. Record, track, and follow up on asset breakdown cases in the monitoring platform to ensure timely resolution. 4. Regularly review performance reports and project-specific data to assess and optimise plant performance. 5. Work with the Finance and Accounting department to ensure accurate customer billing and promptly resolve any issues. 6. Maintain and manage relationships with stakeholders involved in solar PV projects, including property owners, facility managers, and plant co-owners. 7. Develop, monitor, and report on the asset compliance calendar, ensuring all contracts and activities adhere to compliance requirements.

1. Utilise project management software to allocate resources effectively and monitor utilisation to optimise efficiency and control costs. 2. Leverage AI tools to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimise impact on project delivery. 3. Utilise machine learning and AI tools to prepare and manage project budgets, track expenditures and forecast financial requirements, network and grid build-up. 4. Utilise compliance management software to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining accurate project documentation. 5. Facilitate communication with stakeholders, providing updates and reports on project status and progress.

1. Assess feasibility of RE projects (e.g., solar PV) by reviewing energy audits and evaluating technical viability 2. Oversee installation and grid integration of RE projects 3. Implement site audit requirements and technical specifications based on client needs 4. Perform quality checks on RE installations (e.g., solar PV systems) 5. Develop SOPs for safety and quality assurance 6. Create project plans, monitor progress, and manage stakeholder relationships 7. Ensure design drawings are correctly implemented on site 8. Collaborate with the construction team to ensure subcontractor compliance with technical requirements

1. Address and resolve any billing-related issues promptly and effectively. 2. Oversee and facilitate communication with stakeholders involved in renewable energy projects, including property owners, facility managers, and plant co-owners. 3. Ensure all operations comply with relevant contracts, organisational policies, and regulatory requirements, particularly in commercial operations. 4. Represent the Asset Owner during project commissioning, focusing on performance analysis, document verification, and monitoring to ensure accurate recommendations for commercial operations. 5. Lead the kick-off and roll-out of a unified monitoring platform across all assets to standardise processes and improve efficiency. 6. Lead the creation and implementation of new policies, procedures, work instructions, and process flows to standardise operations within the commercial and billing functions, ensuring alignment with company policies and ISO standards.
