IT Asset Management

1. Provides data centre systems maintenance and monitoring service and basic support in data centre equipment installation. 2. Monitors data volume, maintains internal documentation, and performs independent troubleshooting of recurring issues whenever required. 3. Assists with the set-up of data centre facilities and equipment. 4. Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays to resolve data centre related incidents. 5. Works in a team setting and is proficient in database administration, infrastructure concepts, and database management-related tools and techniques. 6. Familiar with the relevant software platforms on which the database is deployed. 7. Able to resolve issues quickly and effectively as they arise. 8. Methodically identifies the cause of the issue, evaluates it, and develops a solution in collaboration with the team. 9. Able to communicate effectively and displays high service level standards.

Ensures system improvements are successfully implemented and is responsible for verifying all data to be entered into the database meets set standards and requirements. 3. Installs, configures, and maintains the database infrastructure within assigned span-of-control. 4. Assists in project planning by establishing work plans, estimates, milestones, and schedules. 5. Familiar with wireless networking technologies, and proficient in the use of simulation software, programming languages, and database servers. 5. Detail-oriented and enjoys problem-solving or troubleshooting. 6. Works well in teams and is able to prioritise tasks effectively.

1. Improve efficiency in developing and maintaining a comprehensive asset information management strategy including data governance policies to support organisational goals. 2. Leverage AI and digital tools to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all asset information systems, and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to asset information management. 3. Oversee the implementation and optimisation of asset information management systems and tools. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate asset information into operational and strategic decision-making processes. 5. Utilise AI-driven data analytics to provide insights into asset performance, maintenance needs, and lifecycle management.
