Security Programme Management

1. Supports security systems, operation administration, monitoring and maintenance of cyber security systems and applications. 2. Monitors security alerts and events. 3. Collects and documents information based on established practices. 4. Supports the preparation and publishing of security advisories. 5. Assists with the analysis of security-related information and events, escalation of incidents for validation and remediation. 6. Required to be on standby with on-call availability with varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays. 7. Familiar with cyber security standards, protocols and frameworks. 8. 1. Conducts cyber risk assessments in support of technology initiatives. 2. Identifies IT related risks and determines appropriate controls to mitigate these risks. 3. Monitors, tracks, and manages risk mitigations and exceptions to ensure cyber security standards and policies are established. 4. Applies a defined set of analytical or scientific methods and works independently. 5. Responsible for documentation of cyber risk assessment reports. 6. Familiar with cyber security standards, protocols and frameworks. 7. Knowledgeable in using various cyber security monitoring and analysis tools and techniques depending on the organisation's needs and requirements. 8. 1. Perform precise splicing of fiber optic cables, both single-mode and multi-mode, using fusion splicing or mechanical splicing techniques. 2. Read and interpret work orders, fiber network drawings, and splice diagrams to execute accurate splicing configurations. 3. Conduct thorough testing of spliced fibers using optical time-domain reflectometers (OTDRs), power meters, and other specialized equipment to ensure optimal signal transmission. 4. Troubleshoot and repair fiber optic systems, identifying faults and implementing solutions to restore functionality. 5. Maintain detailed records of splicing activities, test results, and fiber optic network changes. 6. Adhere to industry standards and safety protocols to ensure high-quality workmanship and a safe working environment. 7. Collaborate with other technicians, engineers, and project managers to coordinate splicing activities within larger network projects. 8. Keep abreast of new developments in fiber optic technology and splicing techniques to enhance skills and efficiency. 9. Provide technical support and assistance during network installations, upgrades, and maintenance operations. 10. Manage and maintain splicing equipment and tools, ensuring they are in good working condition and calibrated as necessary.

1. Responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of OSS platforms that support network operations, including fault management, performance monitoring, configuration management, and provisioning. 2. Collaborate with network engineers and IT teams to integrate OSS solutions with existing network elements and IT systems. 3. Develop and configure OSS tools for fault management, performance monitoring, configuration management, and security management. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the OSS platforms to ensure high availability and reliability. 5. Customize and automate OSS workflows and processes to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 6. Participate in the evaluation and selection of OSS products and vendors, considering the organization's technical requirements and budget constraints. 7. Provide technical support and training to network operations center (NOC) staff and other users of OSS tools. 8. Document OSS architectures, configurations, and procedures for operational continuity and knowledge transfer. 9. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends related to OSS and network management. 10. Manage OSS-related projects, coordinating with stakeholders to meet project objectives and timelines.
