1. Heads the MRO and has corporate authority, financial and budget control over the organisation. 2. Ensure that the necessary resources in respect of finance, manpower resources and facilities are available to enable the company to perform the maintenance. 3. Act as National Aviation Authority (NAA) Post Holder for a Part M, Part 21 or Part 145 organisation. 4. Responsible to the NAA for all work, management planning and decisions based on the Part M, Part 21 or Part 145 organisation approval. 5. Responsible for the safe and efficient running of the organisation, to ascertain continuous airworthiness management of its customers or stakeholders. 6. Ensure that all airworthiness requirements and activities can be carried out to the standard required set out by the NAAs. 7. Provide access for its internal and external auditors to the relevant parts of the organisation during audits or visits. 8. Evaluate the results of audits with the Quality Manager and the relevant departments and implement required actions accordingly. 9. Meet NAA officials and have opening meetings during scheduled audits or have frequent engagements to build a good working relationship. 10. Implement Safety Management System (SMS), CAAM Airworthiness Notice 2101.

1. Operate and maintain equipment used in developing, testing, producing, and maintaining new aircraft and spacecraft. 2. Program and run computer simulation tools and processes in their work, as well as advanced automation and robotics. 3. Assist in quality assurance, testing and operation of advanced technology equipment used in producing aircraft and the systems that go into the aircraft.

The Apprentice Aircraft Maintenance Engineer carries out maintenance duties on aircraft while being overseen by a Certified Aircraft Engineer, following the guidelines set out in the appropriate technical documentation. 2. The apprentice aids in diagnosing issues with aircraft components, structures, and systems within their area of expertise. Adherence to the organisation's standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as compliance with safety, health, and quality standards, is a requirement for this role. 3. The apprentice contributes to the adoption of ongoing enhancement measures in the work environment. Upon finishing the apprenticeship, they must pass relevant assessments and present themselves for evaluation by Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) examiners or designated interviewers to be considered for certification as a Licensed Aircraft Engineer.

1. Prepare and carry out painting processes on aircraft parts/components in accordance with approved technical instructions 2. Ensure painting equipment and tooling are in serviceable condition and highlight any discrepancies 3. Perform and ensure painting activities are done based on Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. job cards, task cards, shop instruction) as defined by the organisation 4. Carry out the required painting job efficiently and ensure its completion within the estimated time frame based on the task assigned 5. Produce quality painting work that meet specified requirements 6. Work as an effective painting team member

Working under supervision and completing basic maintenance tasks of aircraft engines, engine components and APU in accordance with vendors, manufacturers and organisation's procedures following airworthiness regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (e.g. job cards, task cards, shop instructions) as defined by the organisation). 2. Maintain equipment and tools in serviceable conditions and to highlight any discrepancies to supervisor. 3. Carry out allocated job efficiently and complete within estimated time frame based on the job cards given. 4. Produce quality work and meet the specified requirements. 5. Monitor subordinate or staff who reports under them on routine and daily activities.
